Nature of Services
Alchenoia Mind Spa provides professional counselling and mental wellness services, including individual therapy, group counselling, postpartum mental health support, and family/relationship therapy.
These services are not a substitute for emergency medical, psychiatric, or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, please seek emergency support from the nearest medical facility.
All sessions must be booked in advance using our online booking system.
All payments must be completed as per the booking instructions.
Sessions are not confirmed until payment requirements are met.
We value your time and ask for the same consideration in return. Our policy is as follows:
Clients may reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Rescheduling within less than 24 hours is subject to availability and may be treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellations within 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the session will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session or failure to attend (no-shows) will incur a 100% charge.
Sessions cancelled by Alchenoia Mind Spa will be rescheduled at no extra cost or fully refunded.
Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times.
A grace period of up to 10–15 minutes is allowed.
Late arrivals will not receive extended time, and the full session fee will still apply.
Therapy is conducted in a professional capacity only.
Respectful behaviour is expected during sessions.
Any form of harassment, aggression, or inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session, with no refund provided.
Communication outside sessions is limited to scheduling and administrative purposes.
Social or personal relationships outside the therapeutic setting are not permitted.
Payments are non-refundable except when a session is cancelled by Alchenoia Mind Spa.
Refunds are not issued for cancellations or no-shows under the terms outlined in clause 2 above.
Alchenoia Mind Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice to clients.
Should a session or service become unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide rescheduling options.
Alchenoia Mind Spa and its therapists are not liable for any damages arising from services provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
These terms and conditions are subject to change by Alchenoia Mind Spa as part of ongoing improvements to our services.
Any significant updates or amendments will be communicated to clients in advance.
